Hibiscus is thrilled to announce that we have been awarded the prestigious “Affiliate Member of the Year” at the Chemical Business Association Centenary Awards.
The ceremony unfolded recently at the Concorde Conference Centre in Manchester, set beneath the iconic wings of the Concorde plane.
Here’s what the CBA had to say about our entry:

This has not only benefited the company but is also a major benefit for society. Hibiscus was shortlisted for three prestigious nominations:
- Chemical Supply Chain Lifetime Achievement Award
- Chemical Supply Chain Made a Difference Award
- Chemical Supply Chain Affiliate of the Year Award
These nominations underscore our enduring partnerships and collaborations within the chemical supply chain community over the past four decades, and the award is a reflection of the dedication and innovation of the entire Hibiscus team.
As a key player in representing the entire chemical supply chain, the Chemical Business Association has played a vital role for a century, encompassing distributors, traders, manufacturers, blenders, logistics, and service providers. This recognition underscores our commitment to fostering meaningful partnerships and driving positive change in the industry.
We also extend our congratulations to Brian Killerby, our retired Managing Director, who received honorable mentions for the ‘Lifetime Achievement’ and ‘Made A Difference’ Awards.
